This recently remodelled villa has 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and is probably the one of the best rental homes on the island. The villa is very luxurious on two storeys with wonderful views of Bimini Bay and is just ten minutes walk from the beach.
The villa is ideally suited to accommodate 10 people.
The villa is fully air conditioned and luxuriously furnished throughout. There is a huge living area on the ground floor with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and all kitchen utensils. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The lounge has cable television, Internet access and a telephone with national calls (USA and Canada) available without charge.
The villa has 5 bedrooms. On the first floor there are three master bedrooms, a king, queen and twin. Each master suite has its own en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The king and queen master suites have a balcony which overlooks the pool with fantastic views across Bimini Bay. The main mastersuite has cable television. There are two further bedrooms, a queen and a twin on the ground floor, these share a bathroom. Bedrooms have hairdryers, plenty of linen and towels are supplied.
The villa has a large screened pool which is well equipped with superb quality pool furniture and cushioned loungers. The pool has fantastic views over Bimini Bay. Oranges, lemons and grapefruits can be picked from the trees when in season.
