This is a stunning villa with 5 bedrooms, private pool and garden. There are orange and grapefruit trees, the fruit of which can be picked and eaten when in season. The villa is situated on a beautiful canal and is a 10 minute stroll from the beach. It has its own boat dock where you can fish to you hearts content.
The landscaped, south facing garden includes a beautiful pool where you can relax on cushioned sun loungers. There is also an enclosed furnished patio area for al-fresco dining. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two master bedrooms, both with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms and situated on the upper floor. These bedrooms open on to a balcony overlooking the canal and pool. The main mastersuite has cable television. The other 3 bedrooms consist of 2 twin bedded rooms and 1 double bedded room.
There is a spacious living area with cable television, internet access and a telephone with free national calls (US and Canada). The kitchen is well equipped and is open plan to the dining area and two lounge areas. An internal door leads into a garage where a washer / dryer is available for your use.
The villa is fully supplied with bedding, towels, tea towels and hairdryers.
