This is a deluxe, two storey, spacious four bedroomed, two and a half bathroom villa located on Lindfields estate in Orlando. The villa is ideally suited to accommodate 8 people (maximum recommended 10).
The villa has a large screened pool with good quality pool furniture. The rear of the villa overlooks a beautiful lake and conservation area. There is an additional charge for pool heating if required.
The villa itself is fully air conditioned and well furnished throughout. Living accommodation comprises of a family lounge area, formal lounge area, formal dining area and a kitchen/dining area. There is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and all kitchen utensils. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The lounge has a cable television and telephone (with local calls available without charge).
The villa has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed, the large ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower. The first floor of the villa has a double and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Bedrooms have hairdryers, and plenty of linen and towels are supplied.
