The villa has a screened pool which is well equipped with good quality pool furniture. The pool overlooks a lily pond and conservation area, it is not overlooked. There is an additional charge for pool heating if required.
The villa is fully air conditioned and well furnished throughout. Living accommodation comprises of a lounge area, formal dining area and a kitchen/dining area. There is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and all kitchen utensils. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The lounge has a cable television and telephone (with local calls available without charge).
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the en-suite has a shower, bath and twin hand basins. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and bedroom three has twin beds. Bedrooms have hairdryers, plenty of linen and towels are supplied. |
